Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed on Friday and the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
At this moment we are offering a pickup option for local customers.
We ship via USPS and UPS only.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping
Delivery/Handling Time
Processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see during check out. All orders are shipped after order has been processed. Orders take 24 hours to process and pack. Processing time excludes weekends, federal holidays, and Christmas/New Year’s Eve.
Tracking
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. This will include your order tracking number.
Free shipping
Order total must reach $99 before tax. All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped out through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Some items may not qualify for free shipping due to weight.
Damages
Capelli Beauty & Barber Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or info@capellibeauty.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
