Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Keratin Treatments, hair colors, brushes, combs and razor blades
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Items broken or spilled while in your possession

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may grant partial refunds (deductions) in the following cases:

Items returned without original packaging
Missing accessories or components
Visible damage, wear, or use beyond checking condition

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

We will inspect the item and confirm eligibility.
You’ll receive an email with the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to reflect.
Contact your bank—processing delays may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

These costs are non-refundable.
We offer a $9.99 flat rate return label. If you choose this option, this return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
